ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
The Scientific Program Committee encourages robotic fellows to submit abstracts and will select 4 abstracts to be presented orally as case presentations at the 8th Annual SCRN Meeting on 28-29 October in Lisbon.
Abstract topics should be related to robotic navigation, clinical or experimental.
Structure of the abstracts should be:

The total number of characters allowed for the submission is 2,500. This character count does
include spaces and does not include the abstract title. An abstract may include one figure and
one table, submitted as image files. Each image will deduct up to 560 characters from the total
character count based on image resolution. Image captions are allowed but will also be deducted from the overall character count.
Graphics/Figures:
• Keep figures simple – line or bar graphs are most appropriate.
• Ensure text is large enough to read when printed.
• Do not include any identifying patient information in any images submitted.
• Use only pre-sized .png or .jpg.
• Save color images in RGB mode.
• Ensure images are 72 – 300 dpi.

All submissions must be in English. English is the official course program language. All presentations must also be in English.

All abstracts submitted online will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee.

Abstracts must be submitted by the extended deadline of the 31st August 2024. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of such quality suitable for publication.

No corrections can be made to already submitted abstract.

The presenting author is required to ensure all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract.

There can only be one presenting author and the rest co-authors.

After your abstract submittal, you will receive an email confirming the successful submission of your abstract.If you do not receive this email please contact course organization on info@meeting-pulse.com

The Scientific Program Committee will award 4 presentation slots to the 4 best Abstracts. Other Abstracts will be presented in Poster format during the event.
